required context for this under the cut!
SO! this is milgram!bri, or as i refer to her these days, The Wardeness.
if you don't know milgram well, here's your context for her situation (edited from the milgram wiki):
The premise is that there are 09 prisoners residing in the MILGRAM Prison; they have all committed "murder". Over time, their mental images will be projected into a story of all types, containing hints and clues hidden in it. With these stories in mind, it is up to you to find out the truth behind their actions and deem whether they should be forgiven (innocent) or not (guilty).
In MILGRAM, there's a three trial system. Each prisoner will have 3 different stories. For each book, you will be able to vote on their verdict (for the specific prisoner). Dependant on their previous verdict, their trial will change it's direction.
The Wardeness hasn't killed anyone, and is instead...well, it's in the name. She wasn't ever meant to be the main one in charge, so when the role was forced on her, she broke faster than most. Never hurt anyone physically or was hurt herself, due to a promise of pacifism she intends to keep for her entire life and her wardeness protection preventing it respectively, but she's incredibly wounded emotionally and psychologically.
HOWEVER, you have may noticed she's not in uniform. And this is intentional! This is her after her generation of MILGRAM, which was never finished, leaving her trapped in the prison alone for six months before she found a way out. She still lives in the prison alone, and considers it more of a home and her friends there (excluding her close friends back home and sister) more of a family than her real one. So, when she got the chance, she got things inspired by/from her friends there. (those things being her mask, her knife, her earring, her legwarmers, her fish hairclip, and the collar being a reference to the chokers all her prisoners had to wear.)
as for the hairdye? she follows the tradition of her friends back home of dying your hair at least a bit once you turn 16, which she did in her prison. when she did, she could almost see her friends and sister cheering her on in the mirror like she dreamed would happen ever since she learned of the tradition.
how is she now? she's still paranoid and guilty, but she's getting better by using memories as comfort. just...don't speak if she can't see you.
she also has her own post tag now, of ⛓!
she's quite interesting, to me at least! as always, questions welcome!
